Catherine and Janet record demos together (which they dubbed the "Country Ham" sessions in a 1990 interview), mostly covers but also a few Catherine originals, in the basement of Janet's parents, a huge country ham sitting beside them as they worked.

Janet and Rick Rizzo start the band Eleventh Dream Day. They soon move to Chicago.
